Fleeting Perspectives

What if Melbourne wasn’t just seen, but layered with memory + imagination?

I’m excited to share my upcoming photographic installation at Library at The Dock (107 Victoria Harbour Promenade, Docklands).

Displayed in the Docklands Library Window, the large-scale works invite passersby inside and out to pause, reflect, and discover the city from a fresh perspective.

This exhibition is perfect for a quiet detour, a spark of inspiration, or a new perspective on Melbourne.

📍 When: 3–28 September
🗓 Where: Library at The Dock

“Revealing the hidden layers of the city.”

Fleeting Perspectives is a project that captures the sensory and surreal experience of traversing Melbourne’s streets, blending reality and imagination through in-camera double exposures. This approach adds layers of spontaneity and unpredictability, inviting viewers to pause and explore the intricate visual textures and rhythms that emerge. Blending time and movement these images create a vision that challenges conventional perceptions of urban structures. Through this lens, I invite viewers to engage with Melbourne from unexpected angles to foster a deeper connection with the city landscape.

Exploring abstraction through double exposure has deepened my passion for capturing urban architecture in fresh, unexpected ways! The mix of careful composition and surprising, spontaneous elements reveals hidden layers that can delight, inspire, or even unsettle—each shot a new adventure that keeps pushing my creative boundaries.
